Hello! I'm an Information Technology student at the University of South Florida. I have a huge passion for all things tech, and I like exploring both the hardware and software sides of things and pushing my understanding of technology.

My experience is mainly within the healthcare tech side of things, as is apparent with my minor in health informatics, but I love exploring other fields like finance in my spare time. I love problem-solving and meeting new people, hence my involvement in clubs like WCSC, GDG, SHPE, ACM, and the USF Ambassadors.

Software Quality Assurance Tester

  • Validated HL7v2 and FHIR interface flows across UDIT and PeriOp, two VA/DoD health IT platforms under HIPAA, verifying segment mapping and field-level data integrity at system boundaries.
  • Developed a Python tool that authenticates to VistA test servers, polls interface link-node status, and pulls test patient records — eliminating a 20-minute manual lookup per test case.
  • Triaged 70 defects across HL7 interface flows in qTest and Jira, including an append/overwrite bug that caused duplicate prosthetics across patient records.
  • Partnered with engineers to reproduce and root-cause a nursing care comment access issue, reducing back-and-forth on 10+ tickets before handoff.

  • Analyzed 200+ system and application logs across multiple hospital facilities to isolate connectivity and clinical workflow failures, escalating root-cause findings to senior IT staff.
  • Wrote SQL queries against ticketing data to surface recurring incident patterns and built recurring Excel reports used to prioritize remediation work.
