- Validate HL7v2 and FHIR interface flows across two VA/DoD health IT platforms, checking field-level data integrity at system boundaries.
- Built a Python tool that logs into VistA test servers, polls interface status, and pulls test patient records. It replaced a 20-minute manual lookup per test case.
- Triaged 70 defects in qTest and Jira, including an append/overwrite bug that duplicated records across patients.

- Went through 200+ system and application logs across hospital facilities to isolate connectivity and workflow failures.
- Wrote SQL against ticketing data to find recurring incidents, and built the Excel reports used to prioritize fixes.
USF Ambassador USF Alumni Association2025 to now
- Director of Organizational Advancement since April 2026. Coordinate outreach across alumni, faculty, and student teams.
- Marketing and Communications Chair before that. Ran recruitment campaigns and made the flyers, videos, and graphics.
